Incumbent will be responsible for our client's Marketing Strategy Development & Implementation, Brand Management, Advertisement, Sales Promotion, Product Management.
• Prepare and deliver Marketing strategies for company's various products Tiles, Ceramics, Sanitary ware, etc.
• Explain to Sales & Business Development Team as how specific types of advertising will help promote their products or services in the most effective way possible
• Deliver advertising strategy
• Draw up contracts for advertising work
• Prepare estimates of the costs of advertising products or services
• Recommend appropriate sizes and formats for advertising, depending on medium being used
• Obtain and study information about company's products, needs, problems, advertising history, and business practices in order to offer effective sales presentations and appropriate product assistance
• Determine advertising medium to be used, and prepare sample advertisements within the selected medium for presentation to customers
• Consult sales departments, and advertising agencies in order to develop promotional plans
• Prepare promotional plans, sales literature, media kits, and sales contracts using computer
• ATL: Above the Line Advertisement & Promotional Activities-Mass Media.
• BTL: Below the Line Advertisement & Promotional Activities- Locality/Region Specific Promotional Activities.
• Attend sales meetings, industry trade shows, and training seminars in order to gather information, promote products, expand network of contacts, and increase knowledge
• Arrange for commercial taping sessions
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Relevant product knowledge
• Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods
• Basic business administration knowledge is must

Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for MBA-Marketing professional with experience in FMCG or Consumer Durable product marketing on All India basis. Person should be well versed with all the concept of Branding and Promotion like ATL/BTL /Show Room Development/ Vendor Management etc. He must have managerial experience leading of 10+ team. This is a Head-Marketing position reporting to President Sales & Marketing.
