Job Description

Conduct New Starter Training program Conduct Training need analysis in conjuncture with operations staff Developing/ Improving Training modules Competency Mapping Certifications Complete ownership of each training batch Complete all required tasks and guidelines as laid out by process training framework document Knowledge/ Experience: -Would be required to have excellent process knowledge whole product. Working knowledge of MS Office - Prior experience as a trainer. Must be innovative, change oriented, customer focused. Competencies/Skills: - Excellent spoken & written communication skills -Excellent people handling skills Education - Regular Graduate and above Notice period - Immediate Languages - English, Hindi, Tamil,Telugu
