To manage the activities of multiple units which comprise of Infrastructure specialists and contract staff involved in new roll-outs and support
Coaches and mentors staff and Senior Managers/ Managers under direct report
Plan, organize, direct and control the activities and resources required to carry out multiple, simultaneous Infrastructure projects and support activities involving multi-disciplinary teams
Share and align plans with functional shareholders
Provide cost benefit and project feasibility assessments
Develops an efficient working model with local IT consulting firms to deliver projects with highest quality, value added service to internal stakeholders and ensure customer improvement initiatives are well established
Responsible for the IT Infrastructure strategic planning framework, budgets and plans
To establish best practices and support models for various Infrastructure verticals.
To Work on highly complex business issues that have significant impact on the enterprise, and across enterprise processes and functions.
To oversee large scale Infrastructure deployments and support
To establish Infrastructure support processes and ensures achieving documented SLAs
To measure and guarantee the quality of all deliverables in terms of timeliness, budget and reliability
Provides thought leadership for Infrastructure solution design for complex implementations
Defines business-relevant KPIs for Infrastructure area and presents them to senior management
