Lead the overall talent acquisition delivery function in a global RPO environment to services account, manage client relationships and performance metrics, understand business strategy, manpower planning, drive the recruitment processes, develop and execute sourcing strategies in order to ensure top talent attraction, managing the progress of the job searches, the candidate experience, data management and all the related administrative duties. Job Description: - Translate staffing requirements from business units into effective talent acquisition strategies, hiring targets and plans. - Develop recruiting metrics and performance enhancement programs that align corporate targets and resources - Ensure delivery of recruiting metrics including applicant funnel ratio, fulfillment rate, time to fill, channel mix, quality conversion and cost per hire. - Lead team to ensure the delivery of these targets in terms of service and quality, client and candidate satisfaction, financials and continuous improvement. - Build and develop strong sustainable relationship with key functional leaders to deliver a high degree of engagement between business and recruiting - Build and develop a strong sustainable relationship with external stakeholders including recruiting agencies/partners promoting the company as an employer of choice, monitor and drive vendor performance. - Provide strategic and tactical resourcing advice to leaders and BU heads to facilitate the creation of robust and achievable recruiting plans. - Develop market knowledge and team capability to identify and manage a pipeline of external talent. - Work with talent and functional heads to proactively identify a pipeline of internal talent for effective internal mobility. - Proactively identify, adhere to and report on all necessary process compliance matters, governance standards, providing business insight. - Contribute to development of resourcing policy, framework and strategy - including assessment and selection methodologies, and sourcing channels where appropriate. - Analyze and report recruiting metrics on a periodic basis to the stakeholders - - Enhance overall employee experience with the company - Lead key initiatives/programs such as channels enhancement, recruitment process outsourcing activities, process standardization and improvement Mentor and build a best in class Talent Acquisition Team Quailification And Experience : 1. Around 15-18 years of total experience in staffing/recruiting function 2. Significant experience of high pace, high intellect environments such as BPO or RPO or Insurance or Outsourcing/Offshoring or Professional Services. 3. Leadership level experience, with the ability to demonstrate active delivery of accountabilities within a matrix environment. 4. Previous experience of leading recruitment in a complex people environment is essential. Key Technical Competencies : 1. In depth understanding and hands-on experience of talent sourcing principles, new age technologies, processes and top talent attraction strategies. 2. Direct exposure of running an outsourced recruitment model. 3. Highly skilled in conducting competency based interviews, assessment design, selection tools and techniques. 4.
