Job Description

Active senior executive member
Responsible for contributing to overall business strategy
HR activities to include commercial and operational recruitment, performance management, industrial and employee relations and salary and bonus management
HR systems and process- design & development
Business programmes-
Culture and values , learning and development
Team management and leadership across multiple sites

You - This role will require a strong influencer and someone who can demonstrate strong communication skills blended with very acute business sense
You will be an experienced HR professional who has an effective track record within the manufacturing sectors
A background within the product development sector would be advantageous


You will have good intellect and business knowledge with suitable CIPD qualifications
At least 15+ years' experience in HR Management at manager level
Very strong leadership qualities together with presence
All round very strong administration practices and knowledge
The ability to deal effectively with the Unions and staff negotiations
Have excellent communication skills both written and oral and be highly numerate
A team player, contributor and motivator
