Job Description

Role Summary : This is a cross-functional discipline and considers the technical needs of customers . The Service Support Engineer will be responsible for meeting the daily service repair and maintenance needs of the customers HCD Product. Essential Responsibilities: Basic troubleshooting, installation, Product licensing, maintenance and service repair needs on designated HCD Product. Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction. Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area. Utilize the escalation process, as needed, and work closely with region and national support to define and implement corrective action plans to resolve customer issues in a timely manner. Answer service calls independently without assistance within one year of employment. Hands on experience on Severs, Storage, networking and High end workstation, profieansy on SQL ,sybase, Linux ,Esxi . Desired Characteristics: Qualified to Degree level or equivalent. Technical and analytical skills.  At least 2-4 years Field Services experience. Healthcare IT prefer. below the skillsets required for the role(HCD Support Engineer): IT Hardware/IT Software Skills Desktop Troubleshooting Customer Interaction-F2F Software Application Installation SQL, LINUX and ESXI mandatory Experience: 1 to 4 years Location: Mumbai( Field Job) Gender Preference: MALE Candidates ONLY
