Job Description

The main responsibilities for this role would include-
Overall accountability for selling digital strategy and transformation solutions
Understanding of digital solutions across any two or more (i.e social, mobile, analytics, IOT) technologies for cross sell opportunities.
Have a multi-crore sales quota and build opportunity pipeline to meet the sales goals.
Responsible from strategy to execution and delivery metrics ( Revenue goals, utilization, customer satisfaction ) as applicable besides stakeholder management
Identifies new and existing account business requirements. Creates call to action based on opportunities or by anticipating likely business situations deriving from evolving market and technology trends.
Works with industry and technology / competency teams to develop PoV and builds proposals.
Leads Digital Solution development and RFP/ RFI responses, staffing, QA, pricing etc.
Able to clearly articulate value proposition through digital solution Offerings in client presentations for one / multi industries.
Planning, preparing, managing, and facilitating discovery process by conducting workshops with Client stakeholders at CXO level.
Identifies digital capability gaps and recommends the future state organization, processes and platforms to address them while delivering value
Ability to develop plans/roadmaps to align with digital vision and strategy.
Designing and building B2C, B2B solutions with digital intervention to maximize top line growth.
Creating business models by using metrics to deliver business value.
Leads projects and serves as a point of escalation for both the project team and the client when needed.
Identifies and builds practice solution and assets.
Provides leadership and mentorship to team members
Relevant publication / Thought leadership papers will be a differentiator

Engineer with an MBA degree plus 8 to 11 years of relevant experience.
Consulting Sales experience is a must as this is a sales role
Retail & Consumer Industry experience is a must. Candidates with Media and Entertainment sector exposure preferred
Candidates with business strategy consulting cum digital ( SMAC technology i.e Social / Mobile / Analytics / Cloud or IOT engagement experience) implementation background preferred
