Own end to end pursuits to drive RFP responses around solution architecture, estimation, project implementation approach, timelines, scope etc, project management and governance.
Involved in presentations to the clients and Manage client visits, conduct demonstration and road shows when needed.
Apply domain expertise and innovative ideas to architect/ design solutions, evaluate multiple options to meet client's business requirements.
Be the conscience of the Delivery Unit in reviewing opportunities and harvest learning from delivery into sales cycles.
Participate in construction activities ensuring architectural and operational requirements are met.

Participate in the design, lifecycle management, and total cost of ownership of platforms, applications and infrastructure services
Interface with vendors, and partners to install and troubleshoot 3rd party solutions
Understand customer's business needs, challenges and deliver solution presentations and demonstrations to clients in response to varying business requirements.

Engineering Graduate having 10+ years of experience in IT Industry with track record of driving solution architecture in Digital Enterprise Content Management engagements.
Should be a technical architect on at least one of following technologies and strong understanding of others Acquia, Adobe Marketing Cloud and AEM, CQ, Sitecore, SDL Tridion, Episerver, Oracle WebCenter Content, OpenText Web Exp Management.
Good understanding of consulting / development / migration and support estimations. Develop and recommend improved methods for implementing content management systems.
Proven track record of customer facing solution defense
In-depth knowledge of state-of-the art engineering technical approaches in design, build, testing, debugging problems as required by domain
Good understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Service Credits/ penalties, competitive bidding scenario, the competitors and bench markers.
Proficiency in analyzing the customers business, applications and converting the business needs into viable technical and commercial solutions.
Excellent written, communication, inter personal, liaison and problem solving skills with the ability to work in multi cultural environment.
