Job Description

Job Description Exp: 0- 3 years; As a Digital Sales Executive the incumbent will be responsible for handling and interacting with international customers. The role involves both telephonic and e- mail interaction with clients. Other responsibilities includes Partner with Digital Product Specialist to ensure annual regional sales and renewal targets are met. Handle all free trial requests and work with Digital Product Specialists and ISRs to get it converted.Provide customer service, including initial roster set- up, back to school edits, and Level 1 product support. Work cooperatively with Field Sales Reps and Inside Sales Reps to provide the best possible customer service.Set up and track renewals in Salesforce, including communicating with customers at designated check- in points.End to end support for all digital customers from setting up accounts to the yearly renewals.Be knowledgeable about Scholastic digital products and common issues these customers might face.Arrange, support and sometimes hold virtual trainings for customers.Would run campaigns on digital as well as print products as and when required.Should be a team player with a strong desire to sell and please customers.Strong on documentation and should maintain detailed case histories of accounts.Run weekly and monthly reports on trials and renewals.RequirementsGraduate / Post graduate with 0.6- 2 years of relevant work experience.Strong oral and written English skills.Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially advanced Excel (Vlook up, Hlook up and Pivot tables), and comfort with the Web.Familiarity with SalesForce is a plus.
