The ideal candidate should be:
- Someone who has experienced a similar transformation journey in re branding / re positioning of an organization.
He / she need not have played the primary role in such an initiative but should have at least played a decent second fiddle role
- Understands the various aspects of digital marketing, exposure to PR, analyst interactions
- Communication - Grammatically correct English speaking / writing capability.
- Overall personality - a marketing professional with Suave/flair and flamboyance etc
