Job Description

• Responsible for overall Business Strategy, P&L, Product Roadmap and all execution related to Digital Business (Payments, UPI etc).
• Excellent Sales background into BFSI domain.
• Primary KRA’s include – Utilization, Gross Margin, Contribution per person, Revenue realization, Workforce planning and capability building
• Responsible for providing leadership to the Delivery team, building a skilled team and create a high-performance work environment to enable high-quality delivery on time and value add to customers maintaining deep customer relationships to facilitate business opportunities for existing customers as well
• Product Management, Enhancements, Competition mapping, New Models, Alliance Management, Operations, Production Support, all Audits & Compliance, operate Customer Support Call Centre.
• Transformation in processes and practices and in the delivery structure to be able to scale-up – both as an individual and as an organization thru effective change management and managing stakeholder expectations along with team structuring, usage of tools and processes and effective governance thru reviews, tracking and control of programs/ projects
