Experience in CMS and e-Commerce platform is must. Skills and Experience:- Advanced user of Google analytics and Tag Manager. Advanced SQL skills and comfortable with VBA, macros, pivot tables, LookUp tasks and Excel. Experience in data mining and building predictive models. Ability to educate and evangelise the use of web analytics through the online team. Experience of implementing, maintaining and testing the implementation of web analytics tools Ideally some coding experience across coding CSS, HTML, Javascript and Jquery Proficiency in working with relational databases and business intelligence software Experience of contributing to an optimisation programme. Commercial experience working in a Consumer Insight/Research environment, preferably with client-side e-commerce experience Hands-on experience in a wide variety of qual & quant methodologies, and the ability to extract key learnings and insights and translate them into concrete recommendations. Experience with all types of online techniques with deep experience of usability testing. Strong analytical reasoning and numerical skills, analysis able to synthesize and communicate clear findings from multiple data sources. Proven track record of autonomously managing a variety of ad-hoc research and landing key messages with key stakeholders to drive action. Strong communication skills (written & oral) with an ability to inspire action in others. A real drive for results and the energy and commitment to consistently making things happen!
