The job typically includes leading a group of software development engineers for Microtelecom retail POS product suite integrated with telecom BSS systems for large telecom service providers. Primary activity is to technically guide the software development group for bug free and optimized code which meets business specification. Candidate must have strong Technical background with ability to coach a team of . Net developers, inclusive of technical mentoring, problem troubleshooting and the provision of code based workarounds for product defects/ limitations.
Skill & knowledge:
a) 5 years plus into software development. (Out of which 2 years of experience of technical lead of . Net development team)
a) Must have experience in dot net, Asp dot net, C#, MVC, SQL Server Database.
b) Ability to review codes and analyse codes written by the team.
c) Able to find mistakes in code and suggest code rectification.
d) Understand the end to end business requirement & ensure code written meets the business requirement with minimum defects found in user acceptance testing.
e) Should be able to understand the task given by product architect and able to communicate the design to the developers and to ensure the code written is bug free and meets the end result.
a) Assigning development tasks to team as per skill. Review & follow up on progress.
b) Guide development engineers to understand the task give instructions on coding guideline & standard.
c) Approve code before delivery to testing team and customer.
d) Guide the team for diagnoses of code fix issues.
a) Should have travelled abroad on software assignment.
