As a Developer Technical Support Manager, you will be responsible for technical support for game/app development on HTML5/Android/Unity for Feature Phone, Smart Phone, TVs and Set Top boxes
This role needs day-to-day technical support or technical liasoning on email/calls/meetings to our Internal and external game/app developer, game studios who will be integrating various Jio SDKs and APIs. This role need extensive tech support on end to end to help our developers create/publish outstanding games/apps for all of our platforms and stores. Technical writing for creating FAQs, instructions and technical guidelines.
The ideal candidate should have relevant experience building mobile apps/games, support to developers for integration in UI, SDK, Analytics and implementing guidelines.
She or he is an excellent debugger, has strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of modern operating system fundamentals, and the flexibility to learn new technologies quickly.
Educate and support our developer partners about SDK integrations/game development on all platforms/store.
Identify with major tech issues / gaps in game and initiate the process of integration.
Capably and quickly solve issues related production, integrations and store operations problems in Games developed for mobile, STB and embedded platforms
Liasoning on technical front to game developers and co-workers via online ticketing, Skype, video calls, screen sharing, onsite visits (If needed), or any other creative medium that gets the job done with the least pain for the developers
Proactively maintain excellent relations between the technical support team, development, Jio Ads and all other departments within Jio Ecosystem.
Diplomatically collaborate and coordinate with a wide range of game studios and individual developers.
Develop, enhance, and expand the JioGames documentation, reports and help materials, and help JioGames ecosystem to grow and positioned as thought leaders in the industry
What you expected to do?
Track of Issues report and maintain records game developers, their issues and resolution; ensure information gathered from developer communications is retained and documented using internal database and regular, transparent updates to internal teams.
Resolve- The technical issues, process issues and updates product team.
Create Standard FAQs, Support guidelines, Technical know-how and reports.
Evangelize represent JioGames at developer conferences and events as Tech support.
