Job Location: Mumbai (Goregaon).
Experience: 2-8 Yrs
Very Good - Oral & Written communication (Candidate experience in VIP support will be preferred)
Experience in Blackberry, Android & I-OS mobile OS, Mail & Apps troubleshooting
Experience in MS Office/Outlook 2010/2013 roubleshooting
Should have exposure to basic network troubleshooting
Understanding SLA & Ticket process - Incidents / service requests
Understanding of client management, user response (email/verbal)
Understanding of Asset/inventory record process, movements etc.
Understanding to coordinate with vendors/principles
Knowledge of Patch management, SCCM Client, InfoSec / AV updates.
