  • Excellent Proven skills on Customer & Client Management, Problem Management, Incident Management, Change Management, RCA & Ticket Analysis.
  • Management of site SLA, SLO, Data Center Operations.
  • Hands on experience on IT Support / IT Operations & End to end IT Service Delivery, Shift Management.
  • Onboarding New Accounts, Ramp Up & Ramp Downs, Account Movements, new client requirements.
  • Hands on experience on End user computing like Desktops, Laptops, Hard Phones, Wifi devices, etc. on both Hardware & Software.
Location:- Mumbai
Experience :- 1.5 to 3 years
