Any query related with computers viz. Operating Systems, Internet, Printers, Drivers, DELL,
HP, Adobe, Networking and so on are resolved by our Technical Support Experts.
1. Providing technical assistance to international clients and handling customer objections/queries effectively.
2. Build customer interests in the services and products
offered by the company.
4. Follow up with the customers before the expiration of
their subscription plan.
5. Troubleshooting Software, Antivirus, Outlook, desktops and laptops and any other peripheral devices like printer or router technical issues.
7. Should have knowledge in troubleshooting Mac issues.
Night Shift Only
Compensation: Fixed Salary + Monthly Performance-Based Incentive up to 5k
Salary up to 25k
Educational Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate.
