Experience required : 1 years to 6 years
Job Location : Gurgaon
Experience in Desktop, laptop and Printer hardware, software troubleshooting
Good experience in OS (Win 8, Win 7, Win XP,win 10 etc) troubleshooting
Experience in MS Outlook, MS word, MS excel troubleshooting
Should have exposure to basic network troubleshooting
Understanding of Ticket process & SLAs - Incidents / service requests Understanding of Asset/inventory record process, movements etc.
Understanding to coordinate with vendors/principles
Must have excellent communication skill.
Must have ability to extend and have good troubleshooting skill
Must have professional and proactive way of approach.
