Developing, implementing, installing and configuring
Process Solutions products- Uniformance Asset Sentinel (UAS), Uniformance PHD (Process History Database) for various solutions
Coordinate with Support Team to create VEPs for any new project.
Conversant with software - Uniformance Asset Sentinel (UAS), Uniformance PHD, Uniformance Process Studio (UPS), Matrikon Data Concentrator and External services installed on VEPs.
Configure UAS and PHD based on the inputs provided by Process Engineer.
Integrate UAS with UniSim models and make the data flowing in system once all the configuration is completed.
Work with Process Engineer for any modification/updates required in UAS configuration
Identify and troubleshoot data flow related issues in the system
Work with Process Engineer and TS Team to prepare Fault model bulk loads and configure the fault model to UAS.
Develop skills to execute process work in UniSim along with application responsibilities
Execute configuration work to prepare Bulk Load for Sentinel data flow in collaboration with process engineers
Execute the Fault Model Bulk load configuration for Solution Tableau screens development
Execute capability projects that will enhance solutions and improve project execution performance.
Work with team to remove existing gaps in current tools' abilities in order to guide future development efforts with UniSim and Sentinel.
Strong troubleshooting skills for model failure analysis in VEPs
Look for automation opportunities to enhance and test new tools
Execute improvement programs on existing solutions.
Work closely with development & operations team to execute productivity initiative
Collaborate with global teams to drive the solutions
Basic Candidate Qualifications:
BS in Chemical Engineering is required.
Desirable 5 years of Industry experience with minimum of 2 years of experience in applications/ engineering tool development
