6. Maintaining the Attendance record & Leave management for all the Staffs across all locations.
7. Handling Payroll Processing, Income Tax Computation.
8. Handling Apprentices & Industrial Trainees Registration, Stipend etc.
9. Statutory compliance like PF, ESI, LWF, Prof. Tax etc., across all locations.
10. Handling Retiral benefits like Gratuity, Superannuation and General Insurance policy - renewal and administration.
11. Responsible for Employee benefits like Group Mediclaim & Personal Accident policy Coverage - Renewal and Claims processing and administration.
12. Data support with accuracy for statutory requirements like Factory License renewal, Statistics department etc.
13. Data Analysis, Policy formulation and Rules Reviews.
14. Responsible for Employee Welfare.
15. Providing Management information (MIS).
16. Responsible for handling Employee exit and Full and Final settlement
