A. Position Purpose S/ he will be responsible to understand user requirements with regards to KYC Norms, what different Operations Verticals do in the Bank. Also will be responsible to bring in effectiveness in the existing process by bringing in Technology to the processes. B. Position Responsibilities Sr. Key Responsibilities 1 Facilitate Requirement Gathering, Feasibility Check, Prepare BRD and Requirement Sign-off 2 Track deliveries, plan for testing, test plan and case preparation, testing and Implementation 3 User training and providing inputs on queries raised 4 Broad understanding of concepts on communications between the systems i.e. Integration C. Technical Skills Skill Attribute Business Analyst Should be able to analyse and arrive at a cost effective solution Accounting Well versed with the accounting concept Lending Well versed with loan life cycle Database Knowledge Working knowledge of SQL writing would be an added advantage Technical Writing Should have the capability of putting discussions/ requirements in a way everyday users can understand Systems Broad understanding on the methods of integrations, Architecture Layers viz. Operating Systems, Application & DB Server, etc Liabilities Understanding of Savings account, RD & FD b.
