Job Description

He should be Responsible for IR and plant HR - Preferable - MSW . Must have the registrated as Welfare officer Grade II (more than 10 yrs)
Responsible for day -to-day operations of the machine shop operation
Plan/monitor production and quality activities/concern across the sections
Organize and supervise the functional disciplines and providing resources
Every day hold daily Routine Management (DRM)
Responsible to solve problems, staffing issues and administration
Achievement of quality, cost and safety metrics.
Ensuring Companys HSE standards.
Implement rules and regulations as per statutory/company requirements.
Motivate different teams about resources usage, reduce breakdowns and wastages
Knowledge & Implementation of LEAN, Kazien, quality circle etc
Exposure and implementation of ISO/TS 16949 and knowledge of ISO 14001 is preferable.
Must coordinate with the other department personals.
Maintain coordinate with NWS MS team for all GTI MS related correspondence.
Development and management of an effective and committed workforce.
Monitoring and measuring personal/team performance
Identify training needs for personals and set standards
Provide input to concern section to perform company requirements
Responsible for continual Quality drives to achieve quality mission
Monthly performance reviews to management
Direction and communication of clear departmental objectives to the team
Fulfill the emergency response duties by company standards
Ensure waste disposals as per waste management plan.
Ensure on time completion of all new projects establishment without concerns
