Single Point of contact for all maintenance Production Go live issues
Troubleshooting - Suggest fixes to complex to critical issues by doing a thorough analysis of root cause and impact of the defect.
Plan and distribute the maintenance issues among the team and coordinate with the Vendors.
Prioritize workload, providing timely and accurate resolutions
Respond to and follow up on all queries raised by the help desk - all the 4 Zones
Monitor and report to, his/her superior on the weekly inflow and outflow of maintenance issues.
Liaise and schedule stand up meetings daily within the team and with the vendors to ensure issues are resolved in timely manner.
Identify and mitigate risk and bring it to the notice to his/her superior.
Attend required trainings and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
Should have acted as the Production support lead handling minimum of 6 to 10 people in support
Vendor management skills on getting maintenance issues fixed shall be an added advantage.
Experience in configuration management and release management.
Prior experience in Mongo DB / Node JS and TruJunc preferable3 to 5 years of experience in supporting and/or testing any Financial application system NBFC or BFSI
