Job Description

Role: To coach new recruits on the floor, to design and deliver training programs specializing in current process and new process as per the business requirement (PTP/OTC/RTR). Relevant exp in training finance process between 2-3 years
Key Accountability :

1. Catering to training requirements of non-voice and blended process
2. Handle New Hire Training, Cater to vertical refreshers and functional training requirements
3. Conduct TNI,Conducting one on one and providing feedback, creating reports, maintaining training database, working on defined targets as set in the goal sheet, maintaining and developing training content
4. Internal stakeholder & Client interactions
5. Excellent written and oral communications
6. Facilitation skills

Flexibility to work in shifts and willing to travel across location if required
Additional Desirable Skills :
1. Proficiency in MS office
2. Strategic thinking and the ability to provide actionable recommendations based on analytic findings
3. Ability to multitask and work under pressure
