The incumbant will be responsible to collaborate with cluster heads / locations to ensure Health LOB and retail health top-line targets and goals set for their respective cluster(s) is achieved.
To apprise the Health Vertical Head / Management periodically about changing market dynamics and its implications by way of Market Research and Competition Analysis
Offering analytical insights to the Heath Vertical Health / Management w.r.t. premium and profitability across geography, channel, products, etc and suggest course corrections /
Corrective measures wherever desired Coordination with all stakeholders for periodically organizing workshops/ meetings / business review.
To coordinate with concerned stakeholders viz. HAT/IT/Operations/PD team/Finance & channels/Zones for health product/LOB specific requirements.
Developing MIS reports and dashboards in liaison with IT MIS team for monitoring target achievement and productivity of the sales team
Identifying and reporting leads / business generated in the previous day / YTD through a Daily Sales Report Tracker.
Identifying and reporting leads which are pending for conversion in the previous day / YTD through a Lead Conversion Tracker.
Developing dashboards for monitoring campaign activities related lead / business generation and incentives.
Submitting timely performance review reports with analytical insights and observations w.r.t. business performance / market trend and competition analysis to Management
Other ad-hoc reports as required by the management.
Any Graduate / Post Graduate with experience into Analysis for an General or Life Insurance domain.
Excellent Coomunication skills

Good with MS- Office skills
Experience into preparing reports & MIS.
Ability to deal with functional heads.
