Ensures a high level of exposure for the brand in the media across Bangalore and key source markets through consistent coverage across COEs
Strategize the PR function in line with the overall Marketing objectives of the hospital
Develops and sustains the hospital's public image by creating and managing public relations plans and policies;
Foster and maintain outstanding relationships with media and other people who influence media coverage; controlling internal and external communication design and content; finding new ways to promote the hospital's image; creating interest in employee, auxiliary, and professional staff accomplishments.
Preparing and updating the hospitals press kit
Compilation of press clippings for circulation to all heads of department, after circulation, retrieves and files accordingly.
Institute relationship meeting schedules for media and key clinicians where possible.
Drafting and maintaining agreements with external PR agencies
Writing and producing presentations and press releases
Dealing with enquiries from the public, the press, and related organizations
Organising promotional events such as press conferences, open days and hospital visits
Analyzing media coverage
Handle crisis communication and ensure the same is neutralized at the earliest
To formulate brand calendar and marketing communications plan in line with the hospitals overall strategy and business objective
