. Costing and budgeting of the respective functional area
. To check whether all the legal requirements are met and take suitable action if not
. To ensure smooth running of any audits(Internal & External) related to QMS and EHS management system.
To ensure all the audit findings are closed within the stipulated time. To ensure proper documentation & Data control.
To plan the modification and engineering projects taken in the respective functional area.
Adhere to standard Operating procedure, safety, cGMP, GLP & EHS requirements
. To identify proper training needs in the respective functional area. Recruitment of Engineering and maintenance personnel in the respective functional area.
. To ensure all equipments are operated and maintained as per manufacturer's recommendation and GEP
. Planning and procurement of spares and consumables.
Decision making on priorities
.To delegate the roles and responsibilities in the respective functional areas. Authorizing of equipment qualification.
Authorizing of documents related to QMS and EHS management system. Issue of quality documents for data entry
.To evaluate the personnel who have undergone training. Approval of specific Equipment for Use
.Issue of work permits.
Issue of gate pass.
