Job Description

Initiating contact with potential customers for developing leads, sales & cross selling banking products
Planning business and analysis for assessment of revenue potential in business opportunities
Executing competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & achieving market share metrics
Handling product presentations & promotional activities for market development & brand visibility
Managing the sales of Portfolio Management Services, Real Estate Funds, Mutual Funds, Structured Products,
Broking Accounts, Insurance-Life & General and HNI Portfolio Analysis and Planning
Conducting various activities & events in corporate & in residential societies to increase business volume like pamphlet
distribution, canopies, reference calling & Investor Meets
Meeting customers on a regular basis and updating them in CRM in detailed interaction, profiling and updating leads
as per their requirement
Maintaining KYC adherence and selling products according to product suitability matrix
Handling complaints and resolving it according to TAT as well as meeting with clients on a regular basis, once in a
month, doing profiling, understanding their business need, solving services related requirement and cross-selling them

Interfacing with clients for suggesting most viable products according to their need and their risk appetite and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business
Managing the acquisition and retention of HNI clients as well as maintaining Customer Loyalty and increasing
