Reporting To: Head of Sales & Marketing Responsibilities : - Lead the regional sales responsibility of high-end luxury to budget residential spaces - Develop market penetration strategy in markets, consistent with company's expansion strategy. - Manage an established network of real estate brokers to execute market specific penetration strategies and identify potential sites for new restaurant locations. - Build data-based decision-making matrix - Continuously track competition and evolve competitive sales strategy - Promote and enhance the brand and brand image Desired Candidate Profile: Candidate Background: - Proven track record of at least 12 years of corporate sales experience - Preferably from FMCG and Telecom background - Good awareness of IT systems and CRM - Ability to manage budgets and control costs, and gather, interpret and make the best use of data to increase sales. - Self - disciplined, with excellent time management skills, and flexible in order to achieve results. - Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to deal with people from diverse backgrounds. - A motivational team-leader focused on managing, coaching and developing the Sales team to achieve their full potential.
