Shall be responsible for rapid acquisition of top grocery and pharma stores
Identify and craft strategies for entry into various cities.
Managing the Value Store Network by designing and executing a Retailer Engagement Program.
Motivating the Retailers to record all the transactions in the POS.
Identify, introduce and develop new markets for the product.
Executing the Brand Campaigns at the store level effectively and efficiently.
Leading a team of 50+ resources and regional managers across the cities of operation.
Setting metrics to measure the performance of network of stores and implement strategies to drive performance
Drive large teams to achieve weekly, monthly targets for grocer partner acquisition.
Working with other functions team towards product development, client visits, etc.
Participating in Management reviews with strong MIS.
Making the Retailers satisfied and proud about their participation in Value Store Program.
Maintain sales staff / Regional Managers job results by developing their skills through coaching, counselling sales techniques, planning, products orientation and training employees.
Built strong relationship across all departments to ensure a good support system with customer
Should have managed large teams.
Trade Marketing experience in large FMCG organisation must.
Analytical mind, strong number orientation and execution focussed professional.
Strong leadership and Team Management skills needed.
Good command on oral and written English, Hindi and one southern language needed.
