Job Description

Project management life cycle with 360 degree responsibility to deliver projects in time, cost & quality, closely with project delivery team. Understand the business strategy for new projects from senior management, assimilate all information & present the development strategy especially commercial viability Coordinate with Architects, Consultants etc to prepare a detailed project plan to translate strategy into operations; contracting with architects/ consultants etc. Based on architectural drawings & plans, ensure liaison team get approvals in time; ensure internal projects team understand the approval processes required at each stage Ensure timely project funding; Review plans to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines. Drive end to end Project monitoring, ensure seamless & timely delivery within defined standards of cost & quality, by effective project management. Manage cash flows / allocated budget & proper documentation for operating expenditure. Work closely with Government/ regulatory authorities/ statutory/ law enforcement agencies, Architects/ Consultants / vendors / PMCs, Bankers, Contractors and Vendors. End-to-end project management from land acquisition to handover for Greenfield projects. Leadership to carry his conviction with top management; Mixed use large project experience preferred.
