Project management life cycle with 360 degree responsibility to deliver projects in time, cost & quality
Understand the business strategy for new projects from senior management, assimilate all information & present the development strategy including commercial viability
Coordinate with Architects, Consultants etc to prepare a detailed project plan to translate strategy into operations; contracting with architects/ consultants etc
Help internal projects team & external consultants understand the approval processes required at each stage of project development
Identify the list of approvals based on architectural drawings/ layout plans & ensure liaison team get approvals in time
Review all plans to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
Drive end to end Project monitoring, ensure seamless & timely delivery within defined standards of cost & quality, by effective project management
Manage cash flows / allocated budget & proper documentation for operating expenditure
Work closely with Government/ regulatory authorities/ statutory/ law enforcement agencies, Architects/ Consultants / vendors / PMCs, Bankers, Contractors and Vendors
End-to-end project management from land acquisition to handover for Greenfield projects
Excellent leadership & people skills to drive various projects; Mixed use large project experience preferred
BE+MBA, 12-15 years experience, 37-45 years of age,
