*Planning & scheduling individual/ team assignments to achieve the pre set goals within time, quality & cost parameters.
*Conducting Inventory and Troubleshooting for a variance and making action plans.
*Conducting detailed market study to analyze the latest market trends and tracking competitor activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning the selling and the marketing strategies.
*Prepare and discuss Annual Business Plan (ABP) with Category and team for better results to achieve ABP.
*No of families meeting ABP Tracking MIS category wise to ensure that the category wise ABP should be achieved on daily and weekly basis.
Proper tracking on Net Margins/Revenues reports.
Manpower planning, Scheduling, Training and motivate them.
Shelving and Stocking (Minimum Bin Quantity).
Proper execution of SOP.
Visual Merchandising Make sure that the visuals should be according to MPM.
*Store level event and promotion execution.
*DAD Stock Time to time track the dad stock or non movable stock on floor and share the reports with category & HO and shuffle the dad stock to DC or other stores .
*Negative Inventory Keep tracking on negative inventory to avoid stock mismatch.
*Follow all the instructions to avoid shrinkages and pilferage at store.
