Job Description

- Responsible for transforming the old delivery model into a new age, agile & customer-centric one, thereby achieving delivery excellence. - To be able to incubate new processes with the aim to deliver and enhance and improve through creativity and agility. - Should come with hands-on experience in creating and implementing strategies targeted towards growth and delivery excellence. - Providing thought leadership, developing client value propositions, and managing Innovations in the delivery offerings and operating Models. - Client centricity in this role, in particular, is of paramount significance. He/ She will be responsible for partnering with diverse clients across the globe & come out with - Best In Class, Customized- delivery models & solutions to meet their short/ mid & long-term requirements. - Be a Business Partner to diverse business / delivery leaders and engage & influence them to drive the organization's growth agenda. - Needs to build COEs & lead capability transformation agenda, build on them and take the organization through a seamless transition - Define matrixes, quality policies etc. Also ensure that risk, compliance & certifications are in order. - Someone with a strong delivery track record who has successfully transformed & innovated the delivery organization. - Someone who is an influencer & can work easily with diverse customers. Desired Candidate Profile: Solid experience in Delivery Transformation (Old delivery model into new age) End to end transformation of delivery models across business units/practices (not just digital/process) Key information: Experience: 20+ years The role will report to COO
