Assigning clients requirements immediately as soon as it is released from the clients in their VMS systems.
Be able to assign the requirements to the right recruiters as per their skills set.
Cleaning up the job description before assigning.
Ensure recruiters are reworking on the old / reopened positions from the clients.
Accepts and rejects requirements in the client VMS systems.
Liaison between Account Manager and recruiting team. Communicate all heads up requirements from the Account.
