Job Description

- Set up the delivery practice around Wealth management/Brokerage

- Set up and lead a global delivery organization with strong domain understanding of the Wealth Management space

- Managing day to day operations, service level agreements & service delivery around wealth management and brokerage engagements

- Determine plan, scope & execute requirement.

- Implemented operations methodology and self assessment framework.

- To plan, schedule and manage the defined business services, delivering to agreed timescales, budget, acceptance criteria, quality criteria and contractual commitments.

- To ensure that the service delivery is being managed in accordance with the agreed processes and procedures with regard to. Service definition.

- Will support Sales function in Client RFP responses, Bid process and Solution formulation.

- To demonstrate a practical approach to continuous improvement of the processes which directly manage the delivery of services.

- To keep abreast of client developments which may have an impact on the business services provided

- To ensure all required controls are implemented, documented and monitored so as to ensure full audit compliance.

- Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

- Perform well across cross-functional teams.

Open to working in extended work environment

- Atleast 7-8 years of brokerage and wealth management operations experience out of a total experience of 13-15 years

- Strong understanding of regulations and industry trends in the area of wealth management and brokerage especially in the North America market

- Understanding of the retail investor, RIA and wirehouse advisor area and related products

- People Management should have led a team of minimum 100+ member team reporting to him / her directly (Own team) & done their performance appraisal etc.

- Past experience in running operations around advisor/retail investor on boarding, cash management, transfer of assets, reconciliation etc is essential

- Very strong experience in people and process management.

- Past experience in leading Process re-engineering & transformation within existing operations a plus.

- Past experience in front ending New business solutions (preferably Wealth Management) & client management is a must
