At least 18 years of total experience primarily from a top-flight technology companies
Ability to understand complex business concepts and processes, and articulate how that translates at a high level
Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, including facing off to senior leaders in the business and technology organizations
Excellent collaboration, interpersonal and mentoring skills
Creative, energetic, assertive hands-on professional who enjoys the challenge of change
High level of commitment, initiative, vision and enthusiasm
Female leaders are highly preferable.
