This position will be responsible for our Data Center – IT and Cloud & Managed Services Practice for India and International. It includes Infrastructure and Platform layer (end to end IT Services landscape) of the delivery organisation which comprises of engineering, solution, service strategy, service design, service transition or projects & services operations (Incident, Problem and Change management) across the delivery organisation by working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled within the delivery organization and strategic service and delivery plans with review mechanism are rolled out as per management directives.
--> Product and Services Portfolio will include Cloud (Private, Public or Hybrid), DC Transformation, AWS & Azure, Backup, Server, Storage, Backup & DR, Security, Operating System, Networking & DaaS etc.
Robust, Scalable and Efficient delivery of integrated solutions that support process, physical resources (hardware, software, tools) and operators (administration, help desk or service desk) required for developing, integration, operating and sustaining IT Infra and Support Services.
--> Managed solutions which enable sales team in understanding the business and technical needs of the customer and have it translated into It Infrastructure specification in line with defined product and services catalogue.
--> Responsible for growing capacity, expanding global managed services delivery, achieving greater excellence in delivery management through process and quality initiatives and proactively nurturing key alliances and business partnerships.
