To ensure the smooth functioning of the assigned location as per requirements in assigned areas of administration meeting time, cost and quality parameters
(1) To manage the compliance/ audits and take necessary corrective actions
(2) To lead manage and develop the team
(3) To manage the various vendors providing services in the premises
(4) To plan and manage the operations of the building maintenance function as per company standard operating procedures (SOPs)
(5) To comply with the financial requirements of the job including budgeting billing approvals.
