Job Description

A) Design and Develop competency framework and its applications: Study, develop and review leadership competency framework and integrate its application in job description, performance management system, individual development planning. Design assessment methods for behavioural competencies Develop and conduct periodic review of functional capability framework at different functional expertise level, build capability assessment methods for each level of functional capability. Educate assessors/evaluators in identified tools and systems B) Design developmental systems and tools for various work levels: Define and update development processes and tools for different work levels Design developmental assignments in line with the defined developmental systems Measure effectiveness of the tools/systems Develop and implement customised leadership programs for different management levels, define process requirements, process to identify participants Design initiatives in the areas of career ownership, learning, appreciation/recognition, innovation, high performance to support a high performing business environment C) Talent / Management Review: Plan and coordinate management review meetings, facilitate review meetings and analyse data, summarize meeting results Initiate execution of development / succession actions based on talent review process Identify and report management on critical issues, plan and implement development activities for successors, Maintain the status Design and develop the career planning process, document and communicate indicative career path (or success profile) for key positions. Conduct longitudinal studies in the areas of expertise and build benchmark mechanism for continuous development.
