Lead a team of network specialists by providing technical direction and support, performing Level 4 technical support with the team.
Ensure that network infrastructure is fully documented and performing as required for internal and customer SLA guarantees and expectations by means of specific metrics and measurements.
Design and manage the rollout of critical network infrastructures to support CNX GPS's services, on both a strategic (long term) and tactical (immediate term) level.
Evaluate alternative technologies and architectures in relation to CNX GPS's infrastructure needs. Interface with management and vendors to develop and implement new solutions to meet business requirements & improve networks' capabilities as technology continues to advance.
Define network requirements based on an approved budget by working with other departments. After requirements are defined, select appropriate network products, define policies, procedures and protocols, and then implement network systems to meet the needs of the company.
Perform analytical, technical, cost analysis and CAPEX development work in the planning, design, installation and on-going administration and management of CNX's core data networks.
Extensive experience on IT Network architecture and strategy working for a multinational Network provider and leading large network transformations managing a highly technical team.
12 year of IT experience with considerable years working on Network transformations, managing IT Network efficiencies and people.
Strong technology background with experience in both Network infrastructure and Network tools complemented by demonstrated business knowledge and experience of leading cost center with significant budge.
Deep technical skills on Network Management, Network designs (LAN, MAN and WAN), Voice.
Ability to shape and manage IT Network expectations at all levels of the organization
Ability to communicate and articulate well across geographies.
