Partner actively with business heads and their one/two downs to understand ongoing HR needs, anticipate and provide timely solutions on people matters.
Must have handled the various verticals of HR and IR functions independently and handled unions and negotiation and local government agents.
Good knowledge to tackle the unionized issues. Deal with effective disciplinary actions against the disruptive situations.
Represent the company at various legal forums such as Court, Conciliations, Labour authority, Ministry etc
