Job Description

*To handle Outbound Calls.
*Resolve customer queries within the assigned TAT.
*Develop strong customer relationships and provide paramount service.
*Ascertain customer needs and take action in a timely manner.
*Perceptive and intuitive nature with the ability to solve the problem.
*Experience in any selling process will be an advantage
Eligibility: Should have excellent communication skill in English
Candidate having prior experience in International BPO will be added advantage.
Fresher are also welcome.
Age is no bar
Must be comfortable with the night shift.
*PF and ESI facility is provided
*Friendly working environment
*On spot offer letter will be issued upon selection

*Salary Transfer through new salary bank account opening
Fixed Salary on 1st of every month In Salary Account+Huge Incentives.
24leaves in a year+15 comp offs+b'day leaves +Monthly Incentives

Salary: As per experience (best in Industry)
No rotational shift

Shift: Night shift (9:00 pm - 6:00 am)
Sat & Sun fixed off
Salary is negotiable for experienced candidates of the same process
