Job Description

Good knowledge of Hardware/Software & PC support experience (mobile device, Android, e-commerce,
consumer electronics, wireless networking, electronics repair, software/OS troubleshooting etc.)
Minimum 12-36 months of customer service experience in an international process is a must
Openness to work flexible hours as required, including night shifts and holidays
Excellent customer service skills, as previously demonstrated
Excellent verbal, Written, and interpersonal communication skills in English
Ability to demonstrate customer empathy, excellent customer diplomacy skills, and problem ownership - go above
and beyond to provide support
Graduates & undergraduates (10+2) in ay discipline are eligible; must have all original mark sheets & pass certificate
Experience working in a B2C environment preferred
