Job Description

Customer service is an extremely important part of maintaining ongoing client relationships that are key to continuing revenue, as a customer support you have to deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service to the customers and communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
* Stay current with system information, changes and updates
*Working with other customer support teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of support.
* Building rapport with customers and retain them by providing quality service.
* Replying to customers for their queries through E-mail and over telephone
