Job Description

Will play a key role in the reverse logistics process
Accountable for the supervision of the day to day running of the returns department
Reconcile every transaction based on per item
Ensuring all returned items are correctly logged in a timely manner
Ensure that returns are scanned and logged with accurate receipt of all returned items, all returned new stock is repacked correctly and returned to the relevant suppliers
Find damages done by inbound shipper
Make sure that the customer is refunded with the exact amount
Manage the tracking of item when its being replaced
Ensure the original item is returned
Find / keep track of missing inventory
Keep track of lost / damaged items
Qualification & Skills Required
Bachelors Degree in Commerce (Operations & Logistics)
2-5 years of work experience
Reliable and self-motivated
Good communication skills
Tech Savy
Hands on Experience in Microsoft office tools
Desired Candidate Profile:Candidate Experience Should Be : 2 To 5 Candidate Degree Should Be : BBA/BMS, BCom
