Responsibilities and Duties
Attending Inbound calls from customers regarding printers, routers, emails etc.. Analyzing the issues correctly and selling the relevant plans and software.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
• Good at closing calls
• At least 1 years of experience in Outbound/Inbound tech support
• Fresher’s not applicable
• Fixed Salary on time
