BPO/ ITES/ Call Centers
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Candidate with a flair for computer troubleshooting and an aptitude for customer support.
- Any 10+2 holding minimum of 6 months- 1-year BPO experience can apply.
- English + Hindi language fluency are mandatory
Responsibilities and Dutie
- Answer (or make) calls from phone queue
- Upselling as needed
- Entering and processing orders in the system
- Working in a dynamic environment with outgoing individuals
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and spoken, with customers and co-workers
- Excellent time management and organization skills
