1. Resolve customer issues at L1 and L2 levels for our platform including portal and mobile components. 2. Coordinate closure for all deeper levels of support working across internal teams. 3. Reporting on relevant service and customer experience metrics. 4. Feedback voice of customer to relevant internal functions.
