Job Description

Responsibilities: To respond to incoming telephone calls and emails within a specified time frame according to company guidelines Handle calls and emails from candidates for membership and registrations To provide high-level customer service To have the ability to deal with multiple communication methods Any Full time graduate with good communication skills (Both verbal and written). Basic knowledge of MS Office tools and Internet browsing Shift Timings: 9:00 am 5:30 pm (Roster based weekly offs) Transport not available Salary Offered : INR 2.88 LPA to 3.5 LPA (Only for an exceptionally good candidate) Desired Candidate Profile: Excellent communication skills .
